I was looking for a full coverage foundation for my oily T-zone skin and came across 

another one of makeup artist Wayne Goss's videos.

He had a whole lot of foundations that he thought were amazing and one of them were the

Makeup Atelier Paris liquid waterproof foundation.

They have so many colours from very light to very dark, pinky undertones and more neutral/yellow undertones.

I couldn't find a decent comparison online and emailed them on their advice.

I was a NC30 for a Mac foundation at the time and one of the staff that replied advised that I go for a Makeup Atelier Paris liquid waterproof foundation FLW3Y shade.

I still couldn't find myself to buy a $58 foundation plus $11 flat shipping for a shade and foundation that I have never tried.

So I decided to just invest in the samples.

You can buy up to three 2mL samples bottles from them and I bought shades;

FLW1Y, FLW2Y and FLW3Y.

Here are the shades compared to the Mac pro-longwear concealer NC25 and NC30.

Makeup Atelier Paris liquid waterproof foundation FLW1Y, FLW2Y and FLW3Y

FLW3Y is quite pinky, so it is hard to say whether it is closer to NC25 or NC30

(NC25 and NC30 are quite similar anyway)

But definitely, if you are a NC25 or NC30 user FLW3Y is the closest shade.

The Makeup Atelier Paris liquid waterproof foundation go on quite sheer for my liking. As I like the full coverage foundations, I don't think I will be re-purchasing them any time soon. I haven't tried to build them up or anything so I can not give you a full review on their performance.

This review was just to give a insight to the shades of Makeup Atelier Paris liquid waterproof foundation, so it will help anyone that is looking to purchase this foundation and has no access to testers like myself.

Rather than buying samples and paying another $11 for shipping I hope this will eliminate any unsureness for those who have a similar skin tone to myself.

I bought the same "Sultry Six" Gerard Cosmetics products but I bought one extra lipstick this time.

The shipping packaging has changed.

The recent one is not bad but it is definitely a downgrade, which is disappointing.

The first photo is the purchase before and the bottom photo is the recent packaging I received in February.

I think four of them were wrapped in a white foam material with a sicker.

But they didn't stick and the lipstick were in the bag separate to the foam material, making it useless.

Very disappointing.

After using it two times one of the lipstick packaging broke.....oh dear.

It is too late and too expensive to return it.

As it has no effect on the actual application of the lipstick itself, I decided to just use it.

It is a horrible feeling when your lipstick packaging breaks.......

It was ordered on the 24th of Jan 2015

and arrived on the 6th of Feb 2015

So it took just under 2 weeks. This is faster than last time (which was 2.5 weeks)

I rate the overall experience as 7.5/10.

[Makeup&Glow provides a small range but this website has a lot of brands that you can try and they charge a bit extra on some brands like the Z-palette for example.]

The brands seem to change over time but overall the list has grown from a very limited range.

They used to have things like Inglot eye shadows but are not available here any more.

I have watched this sight for months and didn't know if I could find myself to buy so much at once.

But it was my last chance to get a $25 discount PLUS free shipping if I spent over $150.

 It is nicely put in paper bags & wrapped around with string & finally stuck on by sticky tape with different colours. WOW~

I bought Anastasia brow products

which are all they claim to be.

I have only used it a few times but already application is easy and I have found the right colour that matches my hair!

I also bought some Z palettes, RCMA no colour powder and a Wayne Goss Brush

I haven't de-potted all my shadows yet but I think the adhesives for the Z-palette aren't good enough on the metal bits. You need some extra glue and I think this is a bit annoying as I paid quite a bit (I expected more).

I have yet to try the powder.

But I think the Wayne Goss brush is soooooo soft.

It is my first brush that I spent quite a bit on. (It is expensive as it is the same price as one of my Z-palettes -0-) It is really worth it though.

The only reason I decided to try it was because of the $25 discount you receive when spending over $150 ...which I think is over now.
