It arrives in a bubble wrapping satchel bag as below.
Inside are the products wrapped in one and the invoice.
It is wrapped in at least 4 layers of bubble wrap.
(sorry about my hand)
Everything was flat and wrapped in two layers.
Nothing was damaged.
Some were sealed and a few weren't.
But overall it was packed nicely and nothing was damaged.
I chose the insurance option rather than the tracking number
as I know the tracking doesn't really show up as the way I like it when ordered from the US.
(Once it leaves the US it doesn't show up on the tracking system- from experience with other orders)
I'm glad I took this option.
I have no comments about customer service as I did not have anything go wrong with the order.
I rate the overall experience as 8/10.
